Position Overview:

Our client is looking for a proactive Internal Sales Coordinator to join their sales team. This role is crucial in supporting the sales function, managing customer enquiries, processing quotations, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming sales enquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Preparing and issuing quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Managing and maintaining customer records using CRM systems.
  • Liaising with the production and technical teams to ensure accurate order processing.
  • Proactively following up on quotations and enquiries to secure sales.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of service.
  • Supporting the external sales team with administrative tasks and lead generation.

  • Experience: Previous experience in an internal sales, sales administration, or customer service role within manufacturing, construction, or engineering is highly desirable.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.

  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
