A client based in London (Kings Cross) is looking for a CGI and Motion Designer for an initial 3 month contract.
Two parts to this role, Technical and Creative
General Role:
- Create high-end still renders and animations to showcase product concepts, working primarily in 3D and motion design.
- Develop visual narratives that align with the project's artistic and design direction.
- Use generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Gen-2, etc.) as a part of your workflow to enhance design ideation and production.
- Explore AI for design applications, including fine-tuning or training models where relevant.
- Integrate VFX elements into motion work, adding expressive cinematic effects to product presentations.
- Produce content for internal pitches and leadership presentations, helping to promote our product vision at the highest level.
Technical
- 3+ years of experience in CGI, motion design, or VFX, preferably in luxury, technology, transportation, or high-end product visualization.
- Strong skills in 3D software (Blender, C4D, Redshift, Octane, Houdini, V-Ray, etc.).
- Motion design expertise, including compositing in After Effects.
- Generative AI experience using AI tools for concept generation, texture design, or rendering enhancement.
- Narrative & storytelling ability-can craft compelling visual stories that support product design.
- Technical curiosity-open to exploring new tools and methods, comfortable working in an innovation-driven environment.
- Autonomy-able to take ownership, interpret briefs, and deliver high-quality work independently.
Creative
- Keen eye for advertising
- Animation and graphic creations
- High-end Industry, ideally automotive, fashion high-end cosmetics
- Able to create conceptual content.
- Advertising industry experience
