HFG are delighted to be representing an established MGA, they are looking to bring in an experienced Corporate Accountant who has strong financial modelling knowledge. The candidate who will succeed in this role is someone who has been involved in M&A and Investments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Support the evaluation of strategic investment opportunities and acquisitions through financial modelling and analysis.
  • Support the subsequent on boarding activities for strategic investment opportunities and acquisitions.
  • Create internal reports and presentations for senior management on acquisition performance and financial trends.
  • Assist the wider Group with external reporting on acquisition and strategic investment performance.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders in order to provide financial support to commercial decision making.

General Knowledge & Skills:

  • Financial modelling skill and experience.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Motivated to grow and develop with the needs of the business.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under time pressure.
  • Experience of reporting to and managing expectations of senior management.
  • Qualified member of a recognised accountancy body.
