Description
- Administering accounts payable and accounts receivable systems.
- Preparing month end account reconciliations.
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and reports.
- Ensuring data is entered into the system.
- Updating financial and non-financial records.
- Ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Processing payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods.
- Assisting with audits and fact checks.
Profile
A successful 'Finance Officer' should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Experience with financial reporting and financial data analysis.
- High proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
Job Offer
- An hourly rate ranging between GBP 16.2 - GBP 19.8.
