Join an international telecommunications company on an exciting 6-12 month contract as a Financial Accountant. This hybrid role offers a competitive rate of £400-£450 per day, inside IR35. Please note an ACA qualification is required.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports in line with IFRS and company policies.
Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful financial analysis.
Conduct balance sheet reconciliations, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Liaise with external auditors, assist with the audit process, and ensure compliance with tax filings.
Work alongside operational teams to identify opportunities for financial performance improvements and cost efficiencies.
Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls to ensure financial integrity.

Ideal Candidate:

ACA-qualified with 1-2 years of industry experience, with an audit or advisory background.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, IFRS, and accounting principles.
Experience in telecommunications is a plus, but not essential.
Proficient in Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with senior stakeholders and external auditors.
