Exciting Opportunity for Interim Technical Accountants

We are seeking highly skilled and fully qualified Technical Accountants for contract positions with a wide variety of clients in the UK. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients financial reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Provide month/year end accounting services
  • Preparation of Group Financial Consolidations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Conduct technical research on complex accounting issues and provide recommendations.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual reports and other financial disclosures.
  • Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.
  • Support the implementation of new accounting standards and policies.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical accounting role.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in financial reporting and accounting software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
