An award winning, rapidly growing are on the search for a dynamic management accountant to join their bright finance team on a 6-9 month contract.
This is a newly created role designed to support the growth of the business and has very strong potential to turn into a permanent role along with the opportunity to develop offer commercial exposure for the right person.

Management Accountant - The Role
- Preparing monthly management accounts, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports
- Managing budgets and forecasts, providing detailed variance analysis
- Overseeing client profitability analysis and helping optimize project costs
- Assisting with year-end audits and liaising with external auditors.
- Preparing VAT returns and ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations
- Contributing to financial planning and strategic discussions
- Developing and improving financial processes and controls
- Providing ad hoc financial reporting and analysis to senior management
- Partnering with various departments to understand their financial needs and provide insights to enhance revenue growth and cost control
- Assisting in commercial negotiations with clients, suppliers, and partners to ensure financially sound deals
- Managing cash flow and working capital, identifying risks and opportunities to support business growth
Management Accountant - The Person
- Ambitious and dynamic go-getter with the ability to work across multiple entities
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience in a management accounting role is essential
- Newly qualified or part-qualified
- Experience working for a creative agency or in advertising services is highly advantageous
- Strong Excel skills
