This is a well established and growing hospitality and entertainment business based in central London. They provide dynamic experiences & events through their various sites across the UK, offering a variety of interactive games.
Due to continuous growth, they are looking to hire a talented Management Accountant to join their high-performing finance team department.
Role
The Management Accountant for this growing hospitality business in central London, will work closely with the Finance Manager & Director in supporting financial reporting & day-to-day financial operations. They will also take ownership of a number of duties including:
- Preparation and delivery of management account packs.
- Maintaining fixed asset register, and posting month-end journals including accruals and prepayments.
- Provide weekly reporting with detailed variance analysis.
- Assist with weekly payment runs.
- Support on half-year and year-end audit procedures.
- Monitor various departmental budgets and track spend.
- Collaborate with various departments including marketing and operations.
- Provide analytical support to leadership.
- Assist with managing the Accounts Payable and Receivable processes.
Profile
The ideal candidate for this Management Accountant position, should have the following attributes:
- 3+ years of experience within a similar Management Accountant position.
- Ideally a Finalist level to Newly Qualified ACCA / CIMA Accountant.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience within a multi-site business background.
- Experience with NetSuite or Xero would be beneficial.
