Robertson Bell are supporting this organisation to recruit an Interim Finance Officer on an initial three-month contract – which has the potential to be extended. The head office is based in Northwest London and ask that all team members attend the office once a week.
The Temporary Finance Officer’s duties will include:
- Processing invoices into the system, manually typing in the data and ensuring POs are matched.
- Reconciling the supplier accounts and credit cards. Posting direct debit payments and petty cash.
- Maintaining the finance team inbox, ensuring all supplier emails are allocated and dealt with in a timely manner.
- Liaising with suppliers and staff, correcting any account variances, and answering day to day queries.
The successful Temporary Finance Officer will have:
- Recent Accounting experience, with the ability to assist the Accounts Payable and Receivable team confidently and enter data accurately into Excel.
- Experience using numerous financial accounting softwares and Excel.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
