With a focus on long-term sustainability and exceptional client care, they offer a supportive and forward-thinking work environment. This is a pivotal role ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering top-notch client service.
Key Duties:
- Obtain and review CGT information
- Internally transfer holdings between accounts
- Process and monitor account closures
- Contribute to support staff meetings, suggesting improvements to procedures and processes
- Respond promptly to telephone calls, take and pass on clear messages, and project a positive image of the organisation
- Provide ad hoc administration support, including reception cover as required, including answering calls, welcoming guests, and preparing for meetings
- Facilitate, manage, and file client correspondence and records in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy of data
Your Skills and Experience:
- Have experience working in a similar role in Financial Services, the Investment or Wealth Management industry
- Understanding of the regulatory environment in which they operate
- Understanding of the products and services the firm provides
- Be proactive in seeking opportunities to gain knowledge and understanding to aid the ability to complete the role to a high standard
- Grades A-C at GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
