A well-established and reputable investment management firm is known for its commitment to acting responsibly and delivering tailored wealth management services, is looking for a detail-oriented 6-month FTCAdministration Assistant to support their London Investment Management.

With a focus on long-term sustainability and exceptional client care, they offer a supportive and forward-thinking work environment. This is a pivotal role ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering top-notch client service.

Key Duties:

  • Obtain and review CGT information
  • Internally transfer holdings between accounts
  • Process and monitor account closures
  • Contribute to support staff meetings, suggesting improvements to procedures and processes
  • Respond promptly to telephone calls, take and pass on clear messages, and project a positive image of the organisation
  • Provide ad hoc administration support, including reception cover as required, including answering calls, welcoming guests, and preparing for meetings
  • Facilitate, manage, and file client correspondence and records in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring accuracy of data

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Have experience working in a similar role in Financial Services, the Investment or Wealth Management industry
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment in which they operate
  • Understanding of the products and services the firm provides
  • Be proactive in seeking opportunities to gain knowledge and understanding to aid the ability to complete the role to a high standard
  • Grades A-C at GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
