Administrative & Finance Assistant

- Contract Type:Â Fixed-term until 31st August 2025 (with an initial 4-week trial period)
- Hours:Â Full-time, 36 hours per week (must be available during half terms)

My client is seeking an Administrative & Finance Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who can manage finance and reception duties efficiently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be instrumental in both financial management and administrative support within the school environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Finance Duties (50%)
- Monitor budgets and manage financial records.
- Raise invoices and process orders.
- Record income and handle invoice processing efficiently.
- Reception Duties (50%)
- Welcome visitors and manage reception area.
- Handle phone calls and general inquiries.
- Perform data entry and support various administrative tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in administrative and financial roles is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with CAPITA FMS, SYNERGY, and FAMLY systems is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and approachable manner.
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
