- Managing schedules for the senior team including c-suite
- Help with office management and organisation
- Travel management and planning
- Meeting and event coordination
- Data management
- Ad hoc PA duties to the c-suite when needed
- Ideally some administrative experience or demonstrable proof of excellent organisational skills
- Detail orientated and able to juggle competing priorities
- Someone who is a self starter and is able to mange their workload independently
- A flexible attitude and able to work in changing environments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reliable and a team player
