Key duties and responsibilities:
- Support with Travel & Events: Organize travel arrangements, process expenses, and assist with event planning.
- Take Ownership: Manage regular tasks with initiative, ensuring deadlines are met and the team stays on track.
- Data & Policy Compliance: Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection legislation and HR policies.
- Meeting Coordination: Handle meeting logistics, from invitations to room booking, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare documents, reports, and presentations on time, while collaborating with others to meet deadlines.
- Team Collaboration: Provide support across teams and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

- Proven Administrative Experience: Support senior executives, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Confidentiality & Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost care.
