The Client On-boarding Officer will be responsible for
- Managing client on-boarding process effectively and efficiently.
- Conducting risk assessments for new clients in line with company policy.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations during the on-boarding process.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience.
- Collaborating with the Risk & Compliance department to address any issues or concerns.
- Contributing to the ongoing improvement of the client on-boarding process.
- Handling client data with utmost confidentiality and in compliance with GDPR.
- Participating in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Profile
The Client On-boarding Officer should have:
- A relevant degree in finance, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of risk assessment and compliance procedures.
- Excellent client service skills with an ability to handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
