An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client On-boarding Officer to join a leading international bank in the City. The Client On-boarding Officer will be responsible for on-boarding of new clients and periodic review of existing clients

Description

The Client On-boarding Officer will be responsible for

  • Managing client on-boarding process effectively and efficiently.
  • Conducting risk assessments for new clients in line with company policy.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant financial regulations during the on-boarding process.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure a smooth on-boarding experience.
  • Collaborating with the Risk & Compliance department to address any issues or concerns.
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of the client on-boarding process.
  • Handling client data with utmost confidentiality and in compliance with GDPR.
  • Participating in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Profile

The Client On-boarding Officer should have:

  • A relevant degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment and compliance procedures.
  • Excellent client service skills with an ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in relevant IT systems and software.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
