The Role:
This is a busy and varied Client Support Administrator position which will involve providing support to the Client Support team. Responsibilities will involve (but are not limited to):
- Monitoring the Client Support inbox
- Taking calls from clients and actioning requests
- Sending information to clients and updating information on the database
- Onboarding and offboarding clients
- Client filing
- Ad-hoc administrative support.
Candidate Specification:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated experience of excellent prioritisation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent teamwork and strong communication skills
- Previous experience of liaising with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) would be highly advantageous
- Previous experience in a like-for-like role is not essential as training will be provided.

- Hours are 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
