The Role:

This is a busy and varied Client Support Administrator position which will involve providing support to the Client Support team. Responsibilities will involve (but are not limited to):

  • Monitoring the Client Support inbox
  • Taking calls from clients and actioning requests
  • Sending information to clients and updating information on the database
  • Onboarding and offboarding clients
  • Client filing
  • Ad-hoc administrative support.

Candidate Specification:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated experience of excellent prioritisation
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent teamwork and strong communication skills
  • Previous experience of liaising with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) would be highly advantageous
  • Previous experience in a like-for-like role is not essential as training will be provided.
