Commercial Litigation Legal PA

Our client and global law firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Litigation Legal PA to join their Financial Services & Investigations team in London. The successful candidate will provide support to an allocation of fee earners, including two partners, and will have a proven track record of being able to deliver comprehensive and client focused solutions in changing circumstances.

Commercial Litigation Legal PA Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of fee earners' work, build relationships with their clients and client PAs
- Take responsibility for managing the partners’ diaries, responding to emails on their behalf where appropriate, and be able to anticipate pinch points and proactively think ahead to find solutions
- Prioritise workload effectively, staying composed in a fast-paced environment while keeping fee earners updated
- Take ownership of enquiries, resolving or escalating as needed
- Manage diaries, scheduling meetings, calls, and events
- Coordinate travel, including flights, accommodation, and dining, with detailed itineraries
- Support the client billing process in 3E, preparing and producing bills, keeping accurate records of expenses, disbursements, and fees for client billing, liaising with billing department
Commercial Litigation Legal PA Skills & Requirements:
- Previous Legal PA experience at partner level
- Previous experience gained within a Litigation or Dispute Resolution practice group is essential
- Billing experience, preferably 3E
- Accurate, fast typing skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience of using BigHand or other similar workflow management tool
