Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Contract Monitoring Officer for a local authority client based in North London.

In this role, you will provide essential administrative support for contracting and compliance processes, ensure landlord safety and property standards, and coordinate inspections and maintenance to deliver temporary accommodation services.

Key Duties:

  • Support the procurement process, ensure property offers comply with rates, and track landlord safety certificates.
  • Coordinate property inspections, manage disrepair complaints, and handle occupancy-related issues.
  • Collect and analyse portfolio returns, presenting findings in clear reports with visualisations.
  • Maintain relationships with landlords and teams, ensuring accurate records of properties, inspections, and issues.

Qualifications and Experience:

The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience:

  • Experience in temporary accommodation or property management, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Proven experience supporting contracting processes and health and safety compliance.
  • Strong background in managing tenant inquiries, complaints, and service-related matters.
  • Experience in analysing data and presenting findings using visual reports and visualisations.

What's on offer:

Salary: £20+ph

*may negotiate higher for exceptional candidates, based on experience*

Contract type: 3-6, months minimum, with a high likelihood of extension

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36 hours per week
