Our client creates exceptional products for global retailers and is known for their creativity and ability to deliver on trend solutions. They are seeking a Creative Administrator to support their dynamic Design and Marketing teams. If you’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and excited about working in a creative environment, this role could be perfect for you!As the Creative Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the design function. While not a designer yourself, you’ll bring a keen creative eye to layout and presentation, preparing stunning visuals that showcase products for retailers around the world. You’ll also manage the company’s design archive, coordinate printing orders, and provide administrative support to the Head of Design and broader team.Responsibilities in this Creative Administrator role:
- Transform visuals and concepts from the design team into compelling presentations (using PowerPoint, Canva, etc.) to support product pitches to global retailers.
- Assist with creating and organising marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and attention to detail.
- Own and maintain the design archive, ensuring all assets are organised, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- Manage orders for printed materials, liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and high quality output.
- Provide general administrative support for the design and marketing teams, reporting to the Head of Design.
- Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure smooth workflows and consistent delivery.
Skills and experience required:
- You will have a strong appreciation for design and layout, with an ability to ensure presentations and materials are visually appealing and professional.
- You excel at managing multiple tasks, keeping workflows efficient and archives pristine.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, and other creative tools is essential.
- You’re meticulous when it comes to accuracy, ensuring every detail is perfect.
- You’re a team player who takes initiative and enjoys being part of a creative environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
- Enthusiasm for consumer products and global retail markets is a bonus.
