Location: Monument, City of London

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm

Join a leading office fit out and refurbishment contractor, dedicated to transforming commercial spaces in the heart of London. We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller to support our vibrant team!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Document Controller with document control across all project sites.
  • Address any DELTEK PIM issues raised by staff.
  • Upload and download the latest construction information onto the Document Management System (DLM).
  • Distribute updated information effectively across teams and project sites, ensuring everyone has the latest revisions.
  • Maintain and regularly review every project's Document Management System (DMS) and DLM.
  • Identify and merge duplicate organisations and contacts on the system.
  • Ensure appropriate storage of all files, both hard and soft copy.
  • Support the team with various tasks that may arise.
  • Aid in controlling drawings and correspondence between the project team and external parties, ensuring timely distribution of the latest revisions.
  • Uphold document control processes and manage the storage of materials with precision.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Deltek is a plus, though full training will be provided!
  • Excellent IT and strong administration skills.
  • Superior organisational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • High level of accuracy in all tasks.
