As an Educator Coordinator – Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Candidate Management: Guiding and supporting educators throughout the recruitment process.
  • Team Collaboration: Working with recruitment consultants to fill vacancies and conducting training on compliance.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinating interviews and placements, maintaining accurate records.
  • Talent Sourcing: Attracting and engaging educators to build a pipeline of candidates.
