Are you passionate about ensuring the highest quality in exams and making a difference in the membership industry? Our client is seeking a dedicated Exams & Projects Administrator to support their upcoming exams period. This ongoing temporary role is based in the heart of London, just a 3-minute walk from Holborn train station! ??

?? Location: Holborn, London

? Working Hours: 9am - 5pm - hybrid

?? Salary: £17 - £19 (dependant on experience)

�? The Role:Exams Quality and Projects Administrator

What You'll Do:As the Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Exams Quality team and various projects aimed at improving exam quality, accessibility, and sustainability. Your responsibilities will include:

  • ??Project Support: Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and events, assist with project documentation, and support examiners in their duties.
  • ??Content Management: Help with the inputting and updating of exam question content and coordinate meetings for question-writing and standard-setting.
  • ??Data Handling: Collect, analyse, and maintain quality data regarding exams and memberships.
  • ??Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across the organisation and engage with volunteer professionals to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare communication materials related to membership and project outputs.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving quality standards.
  • Schedule and administer meetings related to appeals and misconduct cases.
  • Respond sensitively and discreetly to inquiries from members and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:Previous administrative experience is essential, preferably within a membership, educational, or examination setting.
  • Skills:Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a must.
  • Personality:A positive attitude towards change and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
