Our client, a leading US law firm based in the heart of the City is looking to recruit a Legal Practice Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.
This role will be working within the Leveraged Finance department supporting a mixture of fee earners.
Duties include diary, inbox and travel management, billing, amending documents, general administration and various other tasks.
The successful candidate must demonstrate legal secretarial experience and be confident in their organisation and communication skills. IT literacy is an essential part of the role with an advanced knowledge of Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
