A highly regarded full service law firm are now seeking an experienced Legal PA to join their Data Protection and IT team. The firm is known for fostering a welcoming work environment and prioritising a positive work/life balance for all employees.

As a Legal PA you will be joining a modern and forward thinking team, supporting an allocation of 2 Partners and a mix of Associates who are approachable, down to earth and sociable.

Key responsibilities:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Travel arrangements and overseeing logistics for fee earners attending events/ conferences
  • Supporting fee earners with business development - ensuring all client information is kept up to date, monitoring mailing lists and ensuring BD activities are recorded
  • Working alongside the marketing team to create marketing materials and assisting with client events
  • Producing, formatting and proofreading documents
  • End to end billing
  • Working alongside other PAs to ensure a seamless support function

The successful Legal PA will be pro-active and techsavvy, and ideally have experience in a corporate/commercial/IP/tech practice area (although not a necessity!)
