Prestigious international law firm is hiring a new Legal PA to join the growing Finance and Regulation team on a permanent basis – this is a perfect opportunity for an existing Junior Legal PA looking to step up into a Partner allocated role, in addition to providing first-class support to the Lawyers in the team. 

  • Up to £36,000
  • Hybrid working  (3 days in the office / 2 days remote)

Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the key liaison point between clients (both internal and external).
  • Provide effective mailbox management on behalf of fee earners; screen communications to act as a gatekeeper.
  • Manage fee earners schedules and ensure fee earners are prepared in advance of meetings.
  • Arrange travel effectively and efficiently.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient, effective electronic filing system.
  • Carry out research/request information from relevant support teams.
  • Assist with the fee earners’ billing process.

Legal PA Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous Legal Administration / Junior Legal PA experience within a law firm
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong Typing skills
  • Excellent Communication and organisational skills.
