The FirmOur client, a Top 20 International law firm based in Central London are seeking a Legal PA to join their IP team on a 12-month FTC.
The OpportunityThe successful Legal PA will support a busy Partner and other Senior Partners within the IP practice group. Duties to include:
- Manage diaries, anticipating and handling all scheduling needs
- Prioritise, check, and summarise emails daily: create action points
- Arrange travel, including hotels and transport bookings
- Manage own workload, working independently and proactively
- Organise document management (file opening, archiving, and electronic/paper filing)
- Understand the billing process and assist with billing tasks using 3E
- Undertake typing tasks from dictation or handwritten changes
- Build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
This Legal PA role is a full time, hybrid role (50% office based), working Monday - Friday 9:30am to 5:30pm
Requirements
- Extensive PA/secretarial experience at Partner level
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Typing speed of 70 wpm
- Knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and document management systems
- Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities
- Strong prioritisation skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Familiar with general office systems (e.g. filing)
