Are you an experienced professional with a background in legal support looking for your dream role?

My client are seeking a detail-oriented Legal PA to join an established law firm based in the city. As a Legal PA, you will work closely with attorneys and other legal personnel (who are super friendly!) to provide a variety of essential services in an award winning city firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with your team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Process invoices and manage payment submissions in coordination with the Financial Services team.
  • Handle event and meeting coordination, including room bookings, catering, and other services.
  • Assist with managing attorneys\' calendars and scheduling travel arrangements.
  • Communicate with clients, outside parties, and vendors as needed.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, including pleadings, memoranda, and correspondence.
  • Edit and create documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Conduct internet searches, create blacklines, and manage case files according to Firm policies.
  • Support business development activities and review client billing.

Requirements:

  • Legal PA experience is a must - open to practice group
