We are currently recruiting for a Legal PA in Real Estate on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive real estate PA/Legal Secretary to join a leading international law firm based in the city.

The successful Legal PA will be joining a close-knit team where your input is valued, your ideas are welcomed, and you’ll have the chance to become a vital member of the team!

Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee file opening and closing, and due diligence
  • Diary management and meeting organisation
  • Travel arrangements
  • Client billing
  • Formatting and amending documents
  • Supporting fee earners with Business Development

Key skills & experience:

  • Experience in a Legal PA role in a city law firm
  • Strong IT skills, particularly MS Office Suite
  • Highly organised, adaptable and a team player
