Logistics Admin Assistant (6-Month FTC) | Fashion | North London | £28k pro rata

Zachary Daniels are partnering with a high growth successful fashion brand who are looking for a Logistics Admin Assistant for a 6 month period.

All applicants must be IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE and be able to start straight away, as well as having proficiency in MS Excel.

As a key member of the logistics team, you'll be supporting the seamless flow of operations that keep global supply chains running smoothly. Working closely with the Logistics Manager, you will handle a variety of tasks that will help streamline processes and contribute to the success of exciting brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for logistics-related queries by managing the Logistics inbox, responding to questions, and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Keep the logistics tracking system up to date, ensuring accurate data entry and smooth coordination.
  • Manage essential paperwork, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), ensuring documents are properly distributed to relevant destinations.
  • Make the most of SAP to:
    • Update Purchase Orders (POs)
    • Raise APRIs (Authorisation for Purchase Requests)
    • Perform Goods Receipt Note (GRN) updates
    • Run various reports to keep things on track
  • Keep the Barclays online portal updated to ensure financial accuracy and streamline operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excel Proficiency: You should be comfortable with Excel, including formulas like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
  • Proactive problem-solver: You'll be managing different tasks and working independently, so being self-motivated is key.
  • Tech-savvy: Experience with Microsoft Outlook is a must, and knowledge of online portals (DHL, FedEx, Barclays) will be a bonus.
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy is everything in logistics, and your keen eye will ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Desirable: Familiarity with SAP is great, but not essential. If you have it, even better!
