Our client a well-regarded Accountancy firm are seeking a Part-Time Admin Assistant to join their friendly professional team. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for a multi-faceted role, covering client support and finance administration.  The position is offered on a part time basis, working 22.5 hours per week across 3 days, based at their spacious/modern offices in South West London.

Reporting to the HR Director and Facilities Manager you will be the first point of contact for clients, meeting and greeting visitors and answering incoming calls in addition to overseeing the meeting room schedule, also responsible for organising couriers/logistics as well as client database management.

Responsible for delivering a first-class onboarding experience to all new clients, you will oversee the on-going maintenance of client records. In addition, you will be instrumental in supporting the invoicing/billing process, assisting with data entry and invoice processing, also liaising with third parties including HMRC, banks and other agencies.  The successful candidate will be working across several invoicing and billing systems, as well as maintaining the CRM. You may be asked to troubleshoot some basic IT issues so must be comfortable using a variety of software platforms. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role – preferably within an Accountancy or other Professional Services firm
  • First class customer service skills
  • Solid organisational skills and able to use own initiative
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Sage) is desirable but not essential
  • Must be able to work to deadlines with an agile approach.

The salary for this part time role will be £25,000-£27,000 pro rata plus benefits.
