We're looking for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our clients dynamic safeguarding team for a temporary contract! This is a fantastic opportunity to support a friendly team while honing your Excel skills. Plus, you'll be just a 3-minute walk from St. Paul's train station!

Responsibilities: As our new Administrative Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our team running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Excel Expertise: Adding new staff on our Excel spreadsheet and managing records for exited staff.
  • Certificates Management: Issuing certificates to staff as needed.
  • Refreshment Setup: Helping to set up refreshments for meetings and events.
  • Ordering Refreshments: Ensuring our team is fueled with snacks and drinks.
  • Room Bookings: Coordinating room bookings for various meetings and events.
  • Other Admin Duties: Assisting with various administrative tasks as they arise.

Skills Required: To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong competency in Excel.
  • Previous Administrative experience
  • Commitment to a temporary role for 2 months.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • An upbeat attitude and a willingness to assist your team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and multitasking.
