Position Title: PR & Communications Assistant

Start & End Date: 17th February - 25th February

Day Rate: 129.99 - 175.87

Location: SW1P, London

JOB PURPOSE

Assist the PR department with on-site coordination of show logistics including gifting, transport/concierge arrangements and ad-hoc PR tasks. This Position will involve event-related tasks, including managing guest cars and gifting throughout the show period.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support PR team with in-room gifting for show guests including allocating gifting to the correct guests, printing itineraries and supporting with gift drop offs to hotels.
  • Support PR team with guests transportation & car logistics from airport pick-up prior to show for international press to seamless travel on show day by liaising with Crawfords
  • Ad-hoc show support and overall support for PR department with daily tasks as needed.
  • Support with show reporting and scanning media coverage if necessary.
  • Maintain professional and brand appropriate approach at all timed.
  • Support teams during local events and internal activities.

PERSONAL PROFILE

  • Candidates must have prior experience and be able to work independently-This is not entry-level position.
  • Areas of Study & Experience: Events/Production background preferable
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills are a must.
  • Clear communicator
  • Fast and efficient approach to workload
  • Must be well versed in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Excel
