Job Title: Personal Assistant (PA) - 12 Months FTC
Location: Liverpool Street
Working Arrangements: 9:30- 5:30 (Hybrid working 3/2)
Salary: 拢45,000- 拢47,000
Are you a proactive and friendly professional with a passion for Litigation and Tax? We have an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities:路Provide 1-2-1 support to three partners.路Manage and organize daily schedules, meetings, and communications.路Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.路Arranging travel itineraries and bookings路Document Support路Processing expenses
Qualifications:路Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PA, preferably in Litigation.路Excellent organizational and communication skills.路Ability to work independently and adapt to unique working styles.路A bubbly and friendly personality, ready to integrate into our team.
