Project Administrator/Account Executive

Hammersmith - 1 day wfh

Innovative, expanding and successful Experiential Marketing Agency based in London are looking to recruit a number bright and enthusiastic Project Administrators to join their team!

This role will involve supporting a busy Operations Team with day-to-day administrative support, working alongside a fun, fast-paced and creative team.

Immediate start!

Some of the duties included:

  • Support the Account Directors and wider Retail team in a range of activities to ensure projects run smoothly, completing actions and tasks set of you promptly, and correctly

  • Respond to incoming emails and calls, resolving and handling queries and escalating where not possible

  • Assist in providing great service to our customers/clients, including capturing notes and actions from all meetings and workshops, preparing and circulating follow up materials, and other tasks assigned.

  • Manage expenses, payments and other financial activities carefully, ensuring robust processes are followed at all times when handling financial transactions

  • Assisting with resourcing/recruiting

  • Calling and screening project staff

  • Processing expenses, booking staff onto events

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Have previous office/admin based experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be immediately available to start
