Ideal Candidate | School Admin Officer

  • To provide necessary administrative and support service across the school as part of the School Admin team.
  • Applicants will have first-rate IT skills in all MS Office applications
  • The post holder will at all times carry out the duties and responsibilities with due regard to the School Policies and ensure the aspects of the post are performed in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal, written and communication skills.
  • Reprographics Responsible for the department, photocopying, ordering and checking stock levels of paper and replenishing printers and ordering new stock.
  • Logging engineers for faults and maintenance.
  • To work as support to the admin team with admin tasks
  • Assist with Reception cover (ie lunchtimes).
  • School experience and enhanced DBS essential.

Requirements | School Admin Officer

  • Enhanced DBS certificate (Not Mandatory as we can provide one for you)
  • Must have Sims or Bromcom experience
  • Must have sufficient Attendance experience
  • Ability to work in a timely manner
  • Provide two years of references
