In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including locating invoice copies, data entry, word processing, and diary management. You will also provide essential support in digitising paper-based forms, filing, organising school events, and handling parental enquiries. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks will be crucial to the school's success.
We are looking for someone with experience using SIMS, proficiency in Office365 and GSuite, and strong communication skills. A flexible approach to working, understanding of safeguarding, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. Key Responsibilities:
- Locating invoice copies and sending to accounts team.
- Data entry SIMS etc

- Support with diary management for Head Teacher.
- Administrative support for the Head Teacher.
- Digitising paper-based forms (Microsoft Forms or Google Forms).
- Filing.
- Support with organization of school events.
- Answering phones and dealing with parental enquiries (with scope for email responsibility).
- Organising material for meetingsÂ
- Arranging provisional diary dates.
- Minute taking for meetings.
- Creating clubs lists and registers.
- Taking and passing on clear messages to the wider team.
- Communicating with suppliers (under the direction of the Senior Leadership Team)
- Monitoring stock of office supplies and informing the School Manager of any need for ordering.
- Supporting the School Manager with preparing communications for parents.
