Role: Membership Assistant (Membership subscriptions)
Responsible for Membership Support and Administration
- To respond to queries from members, customers and the public, acting as a first point of contact for all telephone enquiries
- To produce and despatch all examination diplomas by:
Sending lists of names to calligrapher;
Checking the names when they are delivered back from calligrapher;
Sending the diploma by recorded delivery if requested;
- To process membership subscriptions including online payments, credit and debit cards, cheque and bank transfer
- To send out diploma confirmation letters
- To process all the examination results - record in SIMS;
- To assist with the membership renewal process and send out notifications and reminders via Dotmailer
