- Provide diary management and administrative assistance to the Finance Director
- Support the Finance team with any ad hoc tasks
- Draft and amend board minutes, compile legal documents, and coordinate quarterly board reports
- Maintain accurate records for all group companies and ensure statutory filings are completed on time
- Provide KYC and AML documentation when needed
- Support with some reconciliation and analysis
- Offer holiday cover and occasional support for Accounts Payable
- Strong administrative experience within a PA or Team Assistant role
- Some knowledge of company secretarial processes is a bonus
- A strong numerical ability with good Excel skills would be a bonus
- Excellent communication skills, discretion with sensitive information, and a willingness to collaborate across teams
