A modern and forward thinking law firm are now seeking a Team Assistant to provide administrative and organisational support to their Compliance team!
This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator with experience within a professional services/law firm looking to take on additional responsibilities with the opportunity for progression!
Key responsibilities:
- Meeting organisation and minute taking
- Processing expenses
- Supporting with event organisation - invitations and liaising with potential speakers
- Maintaining team spreadsheets and document formatting
- Diary management for key deadlines
- Booking courses and updating firms training records
The successful Team Assistant will have excellent attention to detail, be highly organised and confident in working with clients and lawyers. Please note this role will not be involved in legal work and is suited to a candidate looking to progress their Administrative/PA career.
