  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
  • Assist in project coordination, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Organise team events, meetings, and offsite activities
  • Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation
  • Manage travel arrangements and expense reporting
  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new team members
  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes and efficiency
TEAM COORDINATOR ESSENTIALS:
  • Previous experience in a team coordination, administrative, or project support role (preferably within a media, creative, or fast-paced environment)
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other project management tools
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems
  • A positive and adaptable attitude, with a keen eye for detail
