About the Role
 
As an Education Officer, you’ll play a key role in supporting students and stakeholders. From handling student queries to ensuring smooth administration and engagement with employers, tuition providers, and committees, you’ll be at the heart of the organisation’s education delivery.
 
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Managing and responding to student, employer, and stakeholder queries.
  • Coordinating certification production and delivery.
  • Preparing reports and maintaining student data integrity.
  • Supporting the development and promotion of student resources.
  • Organising and providing secretarial support for committee meetings.
  • Assisting with marketing initiatives, digital content, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Supporting event organisation, including conferences and webinars.
 
 
Experience Required 
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, ensuring clear and professional interactions.
  • Experience in inbox management and call handling.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing data and reporting.
  • The ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Experience in education or examination administration is desirable.
