We are assisting with a great opportunity for a well established Mortgage Broker Firm based in Finchley to recruit for their next Mortgage Administrator to join their dynamic team.
Experience needed for the role as a Mortgage Administrator:
- Minimum 1 year Mortgage Administrator experience prior, this must be current
Duties as a Mortgage Administrator include:
- Your daily tasks will include
- supporting a team of Mortgage Brokers as well as liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders,surveyors,and insurance providers.
- To effectively and professionally deal with telephone and email queries accordingly.
- To demonstrate initiative, have a flexible approach and take responsibility for deadlines and targets.
- To identify/prioritise workload.
- Have an eye for detail as have to check important documents.
- Have an ability to work under pressure and be able to react quickly to developing situations.
- To work well as part of a small team, offering support to colleagues when required.
Benefits you will receive as a Mortgage Administrator:
- Basic salary £30,000-£35,000 (dependant on experience)
