We’re seeking an accomplished Interim Sales Leader on a day rate contract basis, for a 3 month contract, to drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales organisation within a fast-growing, globally recognised software testing company. In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping sales strategy, optimising team performance, and expanding their presence across key markets.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, hands-on sales executive to step into a mission-critical leadership role and immediately impact in a dynamic, tech-driven environment focused on delivering exceptional quality assurance solutions to leading brands worldwide.

VP Sales Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and mentoring to the technical sales team, fostering growth and high performance
  • Refine and enhance the sales process to maximise the effectiveness of technical sales resources
  • Analyse key sales metrics—such as conversion rates and activity levels—to inform data-driven adjustments to strategy and structure
  • Oversee the Win/Loss analysis process, delivering actionable insights and regular reporting to leadership and product teams
  • Partner with marketing and sales leaders to support demand generation initiatives, including webinars and events requiring technical expertise
  • Develop and lead onboarding and training programs to ensure the sales team is well-versed in both the industry landscape and product capabilities

VP Sales Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • Proven experience leading and developing managerial-level team members
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and driven by achieving results
  • Over 10 years of experience in software/SaaS sales, with a strong track record of success
  • Minimum of 3 years in a technical sales capacity, ideally within a complex solution-selling environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value clearly and persuasively
  • Strong ability to take initiative, manage priorities effectively, and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment

This is a 3 month contract role with an immediate start, making it ideal for a seasoned sales leader who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to step in quickly, assess the landscape, and drive momentum from day one will be critical to the success of this engagement.
