About the RoleAs a Sales Director - Central Government, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the business' footprint by developing and executing strategic sales plans. Working alongside a collaborative and high-performing team, you will lead efforts to acquire new clients, negotiate multi-million-pound deals, and build long-term partnerships in the UK public sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead new client acquisition within the Central Government sector.
  • Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets and drive growth.

  • Expertise in breaking into new accounts, shaping strategic relationships, and delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Strong knowledge of the Central Government landscape, including key challenges, drivers, and motivations.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Security RequirementsDue to the nature of this role, candidates must be eligible for SC clearance. This requires British citizenship and UK residency for the past five years.
