Accounts Payable Clerk - Contract

Paying between £15 - £20 p/hour

Cobalt is working with a market-leading Real Estate investment manager who is looking for an interim Senior Accounts Payable individual to join their team, on a contract.

Key Responsibilities

Inputting invoices
Processing invoices from initially loading them on the property management system to matching, batching and coding them
Frequent payment runs including BACS and CHAPS runs
Setting up new suppliers on the system
Liaising with suppliers via phone and email to resolve queries quickly and efficiently
Opportunity to assist with preparing the management accounts, including accruals, prepayments and journals

Personal Specification

Real Estate knowledge beneficial
