A Department within the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs are looking to bring in an experienced AP candidate to join their cooperative team in an interesting and varied role.
They provide the community they work with support, opportunities to grow and connect with other businesses. Their small but dynamic team provide a great atmosphere to thrive and develop in. They are currently looking for an experienced AP Professional to join for an initial period of 3 months with an option of temp to perm or extension likely.
Responsibilities:
- Processing invoices and working with purchase orders
- Reconcile Supplier Statements
- Payment Runs and tidying up of vendor accounts
- Work on credit notes and answer any adhoc queries
Requirements:
- Various role in Accounts Payable with experience of process improvement / automation
- History and confidence of using finance packages including Microsoft
- Willingness to build relationships within the business and throw themselves into the role
- Happy to come into the office to make a smooth transition
