They are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to support their finance team and contribute to their success.
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in managing the day-to-day accounts payable responsibilities of a specific entity, ensuring that all vendor invoices and payments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mediaocean, a critical system for managing media and financial data in the advertising industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage the full accounts payable cycle for the given entity, including matching invoices with purchase orders, verifying amounts, and ensuring timely payment.
- Ensure accuracy of all transactions in Mediaocean and other financial systems.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and prepare month-end reports.
- Handle queries from vendors and internal teams regarding payments and invoices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role within a fast-paced environment, preferably in a media or advertising company.
- Experience with Mediaocean is essential.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with different teams.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity.
