We have partnered with a global construction firm looking for a Finance Administrator to join their team in Central London. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual with a vibrant personality who is AAT qualified or currently studying towards this qualification.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handling daily purchase and sales invoices.
  • Maintaining the sales ledger inbox and responding to queries.
  • Managing credit control processes.
  • Dealing with payment queries and cash allocation.
  • VAT returns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • AAT Qualified or AAT student.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a Finance Administrator role.
  • Experience with SAGE accounting software.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A dynamic and vibrant personality, with a proactive and accurate approach to work.
