Finance Administrator- City - up to £34k

Hybrid working, 09:00-18:00

Wise May are looking for a Finance Administrator to join our client. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team in a sociable company.

Duties to include:

  • Posting supplier invoices to Sage Business Cloud
  • Preparing supplier payments utilising online banking software
  • Maintaining petty cash accounts and preparing the monthly issue of petty cash invoices to barristers
  • Preparing quarterly rent invoices to barristers
  • Preparing quarterly VAT return information for barristers
  • Preparing annual tax return information for barristers
  • Reconciling barrister petty cash and rent accounts
  • Preparing and providing ad hoc reports to barristers and members of staff as and when required
  • Assisting with the monthly preparation of the chambers management accounts for all relevant committees
  • Assisting with the electronic distribution of fee notes following weekly payment of barrister fees from the Central Fees Account
  • Issuing copy VAT receipted fee notes for clients as and when required;
  • Drawing together Aged Debt information for barristers and clients as directed

Skills:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Time management
  • Ability to prioritise a variety of tasks
